Thanks for your comment. Yes, I can imagine that it was difficult to answer questions on this specific subject. Did you push yourself a bit to do it? I am surprised that no male was answering. You are courageous, Vivian. I like this characteristic. Your answers made me thinking about leadership. I do not have many employees and I am still a "young" entrepreneur. But all you have said is true - no matter if you guide 100s of people or only 3.
